This dip has been made famous by my friend Karen. Perfect for parties!
Ingredients:
1 cup Sargento shredded cheddar cheese
8 ounce container of Philadelphia cream cheese
1 jar Old El Paso salsa (16 ounce jar)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onions, finely chopped
Spread the Philadelphia cream cheese in the bottom of an 8 x 8 inch glass baking dish. Pour Old El Paso salsa (16 ounce jar) over cream cheese. Sprinkle the cilantro and red onions evenly over the salsa. Top with Sargento shredded cheddar cheese. Microwave for approximately 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and my Homemade Guacamole.
